Waking Up.

Lionfang stretched as he stalked out of his den, feeling a deep sense of accomplishment. He had filled all of his stocks the day before, completely ready for any injuries that might come. He yawned, stretchig out completely with his paws reaching in front of him, his yellow pelt glowing in the sunlight. He blinked his eyes at the sky, before walking over to the fresh kill pile, and grabbing a thrush. Lionfang padded back to his den, settling down to eat.

"Of course...Whatever you need Windstar." Lionfang purred slightly as the sunlight hit his pelt, warming his muscles and waking him up more. He followed Windstar as she led him over to Ferretfang.

Ferretfang noticed the medicine cat approaching her. "Aye, ye must be the medicine cat o' dis clan!" she mewed, nodding her head to him. "Ah'm called Ferretfang 'round here, and Ah think Ah've found mah new home here since mah friends and half mah old clan were slaughtered bah badgers..."

"Oi, hurts everywhere, Lionfang," Ferretfang mewed, "'Specially on mah back leg..." She turned to her back left leg, which was kept off of the ground. A deep cut lay on her thigh. "Badger got meh there..."

Lionfang nodded to Windstar, then went back to examining Ferretfang. "I'll be right back." He siad, before bounding back over to his den, emerging a few seconds later with a mouth full of herbs. He set the down next to Ferretfang, then began to tend to her. He pawed over a few poppyseeds, then Chewing up some Marigold and rubbing it into her wounds, focussing on the back leg. Lionfang stepped backa few minutes later, looking towards Ferretfang. "That should help..Do you feel any better?"

"Come tell me if your in pain, or anything!" Lionfang said, his whisker's twitching slightly with how serious he was being. "I mean it, with your wound it could have destroyed your leg~" He yawned, still sleepy but waking up. He cared deeply for his patients, no matter who they be or what clan they were from; if they were in pain they would be treated.

Lionfang was already up and awake, and purred at Windstar's words. "Yes, its about time." He said, moving towards the meager freshkill pile.
